How do I become a Panel Pro Panelist?

If you’ve already signed up for our participant panel, you’re automatically eligible to become a Panel Pro Panelist. Simply ensure that your profile information is up to date, as surveys will be tailored based on the information you’ve provided during sign-up.

Initially, Panel Pro is a program targeted towards certain professionals, although eventually we hope to open the program to a much broader range of profiles.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the program at this time.

Why should I participate?

Are you tired of completing screener surveys and rarely getting picked to participate in studies? If you are selected for a Panel Pro study, you have already qualified based on the information you have already provided to us in your profile, meaning all you have to do is answer the questions asked of you, and you will be paid. It’s that simple.

How will I be invited to participate in surveys?

Invitations to participate in Panel Pro surveys will be sent to you via email or through our panelist portal. These invitations will be based on the information you provided in your profile, ensuring that the surveys are relevant to your specific background, knowledge, skills, and experience.

What kind of surveys can I expect?

Panel Pro surveys are short and focused, typically consisting of up to three questions. The goal is to gather your valuable opinions on various subjects in a quick and convenient manner.

How often will I receive survey invitations?

The frequency of survey invitations may vary. You could receive invitations on a regular basis, but the goal is to keep it manageable. We respect your time and strive to provide a positive experience.

How long does it take to complete a Panel Pro survey?

The surveys are designed to be quick, taking only a few minutes of your time. Most surveys will consist of up to three questions, allowing you to participate conveniently in your spare time. Survey links do expire.

How will I be rewarded for participating?

Upon completing a Panel Pro survey, you will be rewarded immediately. Rewards will be paid through our payment partner, Tremendous.  You will receive an email shortly after completing the survey where you can redeem your reward.

How much will I be paid to participate?

Rewards are determined based primarily on 2 factors: 1) The length of the survey, which depends on the number and type of questions, and 2) The specialized nature of the questions. Specialized questions will only be targeted at panelists who have verifiable knowledge and/or experience relevant to the question topics.

Can I share I forward invites to friends?

No.  Invitation links are for you only, and cannot be shared. Invite links can only be used once.

How do I ensure I receive relevant surveys?

Keeping your registration/profile information up to date is crucial to ensure that you receive Panel Pro surveys. Please log in to your panelist account regularly to update any changes in your profile.

How do I update my profile information?

Your responses to our profile questions expire after a pre-configured amount of time depending on the question.  Periodically, we may send you an email asking you to refresh your profile.  Upon review, you will be asked to answer any new questions, or any questions that have reached expiration.  If your profile is not up to date, you might miss opportunities to be targeted based on your current expertise.

Can I opt-out or unsubscribe from Panel Pro?

Yes, you can choose to unsubscribe from Panel Pro at any time. However, keep in mind that by doing so, you’ll miss out on the opportunity to participate in quick and rewarding surveys.

Will I still receive invitations to participate in other types of research?

Yes. You will still receive screener surveys to complete to see if you qualify for studies that appear to match your profile. Note that these screener surveys remain unpaid i.e. you do not receive a gratuity reward for completing screener surveys. Screener surveys will become shorter as we standardize more questions and save your responses to reduce the number of repeat questions between screeners.

Are there other benefits to being part of the Panel Pro program?

Yes. Panel Pro provides many unique benefits to panelists, including the possibility of being invited to other types of research studies and follow-up studies based on your participation in Panel Pro studies, without having to complete additional screening surveys.

What else should I know about Panel Pro?

Read the terms and conditions carefully. Participation in Panel Pro relies on members being truthful about the information provided about their skills, experience, and qualifications in their profile. Membership in the program also depends upon members providing thoughtful and relevant responses to survey questions. Participation in the program can be terminated at any time and for any reason, and without warning. Members should always read all instructions carefully, and always endeavor to provide thoughtful, relevant, and timely responses to surveys.

How is my data stored?

We go to great lengths to secure your data. Your data is encrypted and stored in data centers that are certified with the highest security standards.

Will my data be sold or transferred?

Absolutely not. User Research International does not reveal any personally identifiable information to our clients, or anyone else. As a member of our panel, we also ask that you not to share any of your personally identifiable information with researchers when participating in studies.
