Having worked with thousands of people in her career, including both clients and participants, Trinh has developed a passion for employing innovative methods to improve products and services and with a goal of helping users and companies be more successful and productive. She feels incredibly fortunate that she gets to help form and create experiences that will pleasantly surprise and delight people. Trinh, originally from Vietnam, holds a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Psychology from Bastyr University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Idaho.
